MY TOP 10 MUST-HAVE COFFEE TABLE BOOKS FOR STYLING

While I love using technology to help inspire me as I am in the research phase of designing a space, there's just something about holding a book in your hands to flip through. Coffee table books are also a fantastic way to decorate and fill a space. I love styling them in the living room and guest room so guests can flip through at their leisure.

It's important to me that the books I have around my home are conversation starters, like the one above that sits in my guest room. I tend to enjoy dry humor so I couldn't help styling this "Never Sleep" book in a guest room. Ironic, right? I have rounded up my 10 must-have coffee table books for styling that are not only beautiful to look at but also have inspiring words and content (except the Never Sleep book- sometimes you buy a book solely for it's tile!).

STYLING/ INTERIOR DESIGN

First up, the above books are my favorite books to draw inspiration from when it comes to interior design. Any design enthusiast would enjoy these books, they are like eye candy! I just discovered the late Suzanne Rheinstein, her work is beyond stunning. Romancing The Home by Stewart Manger is currently my favorite book to go to for inspiration. His design is the perfect blend of classic and modern. Heidi Caillier recently published her book last year, her style is so unique, I view her as the queen of pattern mixing.

ARCHITECTURE

The above books are my favorite architecture books. I have studied all of these throughly and they are so helpful when designing architectural elements in the home. If you are involved in a new build, or just like learning about architecture, these books are a must-own. Gil Schafer III's books are my go-to's when looking for inspiration for molding profiles and his exteriors are beyond stunning.

TRAVEL/ LEISURE

I like to collect coffee table books that feature photography from places that I travel to. While I haven't been to Israel yet, this book has STUNNING photography. This author has done such a great job making the reader feel like they are there in the picture. This book is also a devotional. Scripture and stunning images is a yes in my book!
